Honestly? Just unbelievable!!!
The whole process of felling the tree, moving, and sawmilling involved eight people!
Four tree surgeons, a lorry driver, a loader operator, and two people to mill this giant.
The parking officer was definitely not helping.
The main trunk’s total weight exceeded 3.5 tons.
The tree had to be cut down due to a very large cavity at the bottom.
We have taken the risk of covering all the costs involved and are hoping to salvage as much as possible from this incredible tree.
It was definitely the most risky operation we have taken part in.
We are delighted to offer this amazing slabs to you.
Price: £800-£2200 plus vat per slab.
MILLED on November 2025. Slabs will need two two years of seasoning before can be kiln dried.

If bought or reserved will be kiln dried/ ready for collection or delivery in the middle of October 2027.
Option of reserving is available with deposit of 50%.
Remaining balance due on collection or delivery.
